Week 13/14
Look back at the HW1 Looking back at HW1, I would read the UML diagram and copy every bit. Then, I would thoroughly look through the prompt, including the example output. Then, I get to coding the smaller methods and then work my way up to the larger methods. Highlight at least two victories. Two victories for me include finishing LDPM and Jotto. Running the code and seeing all the unit tests pass is always super nice to see. I was so apprehensive of this course due to my limited Java exposure, as well as using my first "big boy" IDE. My roommate kept telling me I'd be fine, but I didn't really believe him. But working in this class and familiarizing myself with the language has been great. I vastly prefer it to my old main language, C++. And IntelliJ has been a blast to familiarize myself with. I'm also excited to finally be learning more about git. You hear about it so much, even when I was in community college, but it was never utilized. And it for sure would...
